Air Circulation:
Will be effected with specially designed air circulation fans for efficient circulation of hotair to obtain uniformity.
Heating:
Electrical or steam. In electrical ovens the source of heat will be totally enclosed strip heaters of 1000 watts each and in steam operated models it will be finned heater coils.
Control:
The fan motor is controlled by a starter and the working of the fan indicated by a pilot lamp. The heater circuit will be operated by a Thermostat to control the temperature through a set of robust contractors in the case of electrical oven and will be indicated by a pilot lamp. The heater circuit will be interlocked with the circulation fan so that the heaters are not energised without the circulation fan being “ON” which in turn will protect the heaters. An indicating thermometer will be provided to indicate the temperature inside the unit.
Trays: Plain polished tray will be provided.
Trolly: MS Angle Iron trolley provided with Castor wheels will be provided.
